RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

◈ Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.

◈ Proactively reach out to existing customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions to retain their business.

◈ Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized service.

◈ Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.

◈ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to develop targeted retention campaigns and initiatives.

◈ Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer retention and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

◈ Fluency in English and Spanish – Is a MUST

◈ Proven experience in customer service, sales, or retention role.

◈ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

◈ Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

◈ Motivation, diligence, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
