PSP Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

◈ Serve as a key point of contact between the company and payment service providers, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.

◈ Analyze payment processing systems and operations to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

◈ Assist clients with inquiries related to payment processing and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

◈ Utilize analytical tools and techniques to monitor payment transactions and detect fraudulent activities or anomalies.

◈ Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to maximize payment processing efficiency and security.

REQUIREMENTS:

◈ Fluency in English and Spanish – Is a MUST

◈ Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

◈ Experience in payment processing or financial analysis preferred.

◈ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

◈ Motivation, diligence, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
