RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

◈ Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

◈ Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.

◈ Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow.

◈ Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a well-functioning work environment.

◈ Handle incoming inquiries and requests from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

◈ Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

◈ Fluency in English and Spanish – Is a MUST

◈ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

◈ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

◈ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

◈ Previous experience in office management or related field preferred.

◈ Motivation, diligence, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
