HR Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

◈ Manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

◈ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company goals and regulations.

◈ Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.

◈ Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

◈ Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and staff as needed.

◈ Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

◈ Fluency in English, Spanish and Bulgarian – Is a MUST

◈ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

◈ Proven experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

◈ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.

◈ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

◈ Motivation, diligence, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
