RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
◈ Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure product or service excellence.
◈ Conduct inspections and tests on products, materials, or processes to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
◈ Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
◈ Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
◈ Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
◈ Maintain documentation and records related to quality control activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
◈ Fluency in English and Spanish – Is a MUST
◈ Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
◈ Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
◈ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
◈ Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
◈ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
◈ Motivation, diligence, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
