RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

◈ Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

◈ Manage the company’s CRM system and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.

◈ Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

◈ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline processes and optimize customer interactions.

◈ Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to engage and retain customers.

◈ Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

REQUIREMENTS:

◈ Fluency in English and Spanish – Is a MUST

◈ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

◈ Proven experience in CRM management, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.

◈ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

◈ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

◈ Motivation, diligence, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
